Cancellation Policy
Each print is made to order – just for you – and therefore excluded from cancellation or return in accordance with §18 FAGG.
Since your print is individually produced (Print-on-Demand), cancellations or returns cannot be accepted.
However, if your print arrives damaged or if something seems wrong, please reach out right away. We’ll make it right together.

Widerrufsrecht
Da jeder Print individuell und auf Bestellung (Print-on-Demand) produziert wird, besteht gemäß §18 FAGG kein Widerrufs- oder Rückgaberecht.
Jede Bestellung wird speziell für dich gefertigt – eine Stornierung oder Rücksendung ist daher nicht möglich.
Sollte dein Print jedoch beschädigt bei dir ankommen oder etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, melde dich bitte umgehend bei mir. Wir finden gemeinsam eine Lösung!
